Welcome to the 19th annual SnowCat Program! The program is designed for ANYONE – 7 and older who would like to have the opportunity to ski or snowboard at Monarch Mountain for reduced prices. Participants must read the information packet carefully, register online and then turn in proper forms and payment by each due date!

2019/2020 SCHEDULE

  • Friday, January 17, 2020 (Due 1-13-20)

  • Friday, February 14, 2020 (Due 2-10-20)

  • Friday, March 6, 2020 (Due 3-2-20)

SCHOOL GROUP RATES

 

Lift Tickets

  • Junior Lift Ticket (7-12 yrs.) – $29

  • Teen Lift Ticket (13-18 yrs.) – $32

  • Adult Lift Ticket (19+ yrs.) – $42

 

Lessons 

  • $60 (7-12 yrs.) – 4-hour group lesson

  • $68 (13+ yrs.) – 4-hour group lesson

  • $30 (7-12 yrs.) – 2-hour group lesson (Level 2+)

  • $48 (13+ yrs.) – 2-hour group lesson (Level 2+)

 

* Lesson:  First time skiers or snowboarders will be required to attend a 4-hour group lesson (7-12 yrs. – lunch included).  All other students, levels 2/3, will be required to attend lessons until they are a level 4/5.  Helmet included in both 2- and 4-hour lesson packages.

 

Rentals

  • skis, boots, poles, helmet – $25

  • snowboard, boots, helmet – $25

ITINERARY

Depart: Custer County School (West Parking Lot) @ 7:00 A.M.
Arrive: Monarch @ 8:30 A.M.
Ski/Snowboard: 9:00 A.M. – 12:15 P.M.
Lessons: Begin @ 10 A.M., Report at 9:30 A.M.
Lunch: 12:15 P.M. – 1:00 P.M.
all students must report to Carrie Smith at lunch
Ski/Snowboard: 1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.
Depart: Monarch @ 4:30 P.M.
Arrive: Custer County School (West Parking Lot) @ 6:00 P.M.

REGISTRATION

To participate in the program, every participant needs to:

1. Register online with Monarch Mountain using the username and password for each trip date - instructions below.

2. Submit to Carrie Smith at Custer County School:

If you only need to ride the bus and do not need tickets, rentals or lessons, you must still fill out and submit the Permission Form and Custer County Agreement.

Registration Instructions:

To register family members 7 and older, follow these steps -

1. Go to https://shopskimonarch.com/e-commerce/grplogin.aspx and use the following log-in information to get on to our group sign-in page. Enter the following username and password for trip date:

Friday, March 6 - Username:  S-CCSNOWBC; Password:  mon81252

 

2. Click on the blue date bar and select date of trip.

3. Order lift tickets, rentals and/or lessons.

If you have your own equipment and do not need lessons:

Select the lift tickets button - you will be able to select the lift tickets needed for your family all at the same time on the lift ticket page – no waiver signature is needed. When all members have been added – click on proceed to checkout – verify your purchase at step 1 - at step 2 - fill in purchaser information if not already done – then go to step 3 where it asks for payment information – click on the box that says charge to the S-CCSNOWC account – then click finalize sale.

If you need just rentals or lift tickets and rentals:

Select the rental button and then the rental package needed for that individual. A new page will come up confirming the package you chose and a spot to click add to cart. You will then see the item you added to the cart and an add/change guest in red – click on this spot and a page to register that individual will come up - fill in the information requested except anything asking for a card. Click on save at the bottom of the page. Then confirm all is correct before clicking SAVE. A waiver page that has two signature spots as well as an initial spot will come up – complete the waiver and then when the next page appears, click the box to indicate you accept the waiver.

Return to the shopping cart and click on continue shopping to add rentals for the next family member – repeat for each family member. When all the rentals needed for your family have been added and all waivers completed, click on continue shopping. If you do not have Monarch lift tickets already, select the lift tickets  button - you will be able to select the lift tickets needed for your family all at the same time on the lift ticket page - then click add to cart. When all members have been added - click on proceed to checkout – verify your purchase at step 1 - at step 2 - fill in purchaser information if not already done – then go to step 3 where it asks for payment information – click on the box that says charge to the S-CCSNOWC account – then click finalize sale.

If you need lessons, rentals and lift ticket:

For each member in your family, select the package you need. The first box will take you to the full package of lift ticket/ rental/ lessons and you will pick the age and lesson level. A new page will come up confirming what you chose and a spot to click add to cart. You will then see the item you added to the cart and an add/change guest in red – click on this spot and a page to register that individual will come up - fill in the information requested except anything asking for a card. Click on save at the bottom of the page. Then confirm all is correct before clicking SAVE. For family members younger than 7, call (719) 530-5196 – they will take care of lift tickets (no charge), rentals and lessons.
