Custer County Stakeholder Survey Summary - As you may know, the Custer County Board of Education has engaged the executive and recruitment firm McPherson & Jacobson, LLC ("McPherson") to assist in the search for a new superintendent. McPherson conducted a stakeholder survey between February 10 and February 21, 2024. The board received the report from McPherson yesterday, March 3, 2024. The information gathered through this survey provides important feedback for the recruitment and selection process. Your school board is committed to improving communication and transparency. Therefore, we are sharing the report with the parents and guardians of all Custer County School District students, the faculty and staff, and the community at large.  Board of Education President - Joseph McCarthy
